Formerly in corporate roles, she found her calling to help others after a profound self-healing journey. Accredited by the International Meditation Teachers Association, Sabrina offers a curated methodology integrating various modalities to meet clients' needs.

The Awareness in Mind (AIM) program aims to familiarize young individuals with mindfulness and compassionate communication. Its purpose is to assist students in enhancing their mental health and overall well-being by implementing Social-Emotional Learning interventions that tackle prevalent mental health issues, including depression and anxiety. Specifically tailored for middle and high-school-aged students, this course is meticulously crafted to foster emotional and social intelligence, empowering them along their journey.
